1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do.
Almost all orders across India can be placed on COD.
And if you prefer paying online, we have safe and easy payment options too.
2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time mostly depends on where you live. Here’s a general idea based on our usual orders:

Metro cities: around 3–6 days

Other places: usually 5–8 days
Once we hand your parcel over to the courier, you’ll get a tracking link so you can keep an eye on it.
3. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, we send you a tracking link by SMS or email.
Open it anytime to see where your parcel has reached.
4. What is your return or exchange policy?
We only accept returns/exchanges if:

Just let us know within 48 hours of delivery and share an unboxing video so we can help you quickly.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellation is possible as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Once it’s dispatched, we can’t cancel it.
6. Are your products good quality?
We take quality seriously.
Every item is checked and packed with care before it leaves our hands.
If something ever slips through, we’ll fix it for you.
7. Do you ship everywhere in India?
Yes, we ship to almost every city and town across India.
8. What if the size doesn’t fit? (For rings/bracelets)
Most of our rings are adjustable, so size issues rarely happen.
But if the wrong size or a damaged piece reaches you, we’ll replace it without hassle.
